Customer support and platform administration tools may allow limited administrative access when needed for troubleshooting, billing review, security response, or support assistance.

Subscription handling may involve billing status, subscription state, customer identifiers, and related payment-management workflows. Payment processing itself may be handled through connected third-party billing providers rather than stored directly as full payment-card details inside the application.

The Hudson Business Solutions mobile application may request access to device features required to operate specific product functionality. These include:

Camera and Photo Library: The mobile app may request access to your device camera or photo library solely to allow users to photograph and upload expense receipts. Images captured or selected for this purpose are uploaded to your company workspace and are not used for any other purpose, shared with third parties, or stored outside of your workspace.

Secure credential storage: The mobile app stores your session token securely on your device using platform-provided secure storage. This information is used only to maintain your login session and is never transmitted to or accessible by third parties.

You may revoke device permissions at any time through your device settings. Revoking camera or photo library access will disable receipt photo upload functionality but will not affect other platform features.

Company administrators and users should help protect workspace information by using appropriate credentials, limiting access to authorized users, and keeping account and workspace information accurate.

Customers remain responsible for the data they enter into their workspace and for their own internal handling of business records, employee information, financial records, and related company processes.
